Ocean Lakes Properties is the only official property management company associated directly with Ocean Lakes.  Beware of any other companies that pose as such.  When you entrust your rental home or sales property to Ocean Lakes Properties, you are guaranteed a scam-free experience.

What Do We Offer With Our Property Management Services?

Reservations, Advertising & General Services

• Open 7 days a week in-season and 6 days a week off-season for the booking of reservations and information
• Internet access 24 hours a day with photos of each unit at
• Owner access on the website to log in to view financial information and past and present rental calendars
• Responding to email inquiries regarding reservations and unit accommodations
• Television advertising on the Ocean Lakes Channel and the Ocean Lakes Properties channel
• Advertising in Camping Times Magazine
• Advertising via social media
• Camping shows throughout the country with our rental list distributed
• Yearly direct mass mail/email of approximately 13,000 rental lists; with your site featured
• When your house is rented through Ocean Lakes Rentals there is no threat of fines against your lot lease for evictions and/or golf cart violations while our guests are occupying your property. (We do not include golf carts with any of our rental properties)


• Accounting support including tracking of all owner income and expenses, printing and mailing of monthly statements and owner checks
• File applicable accommodations and sales taxes
• Collection of all monies
• Complete 1099 forms at the end of each tax year and mail to owner
• Ocean Lakes Rentals absorbs all credit card costs for processing reservation payments


• General housekeeping, which includes departure cleaning after each guest (this general housekeeping does not include carpet cleaning, blinds, baseboard or windows)
• Laundry; as needed


• Light maintenance (i.e. changing light bulbs, change filters, replace door knobs, etc.)
• Ocean Lakes Rentals is responsible for the repair or replacement of mechanical, electrical or plumbing problems if the owner is not on site. This involves liaison with contractors and owners, if Ocean Lakes Maintenance cannot resolve the problem
• Renters contact Ocean Lakes Rentals to report service problems
• Purchasing of replacement household items at owners expense when necessary
• Handle all security issues relating to your site when occupied by Ocean Lakes Rental guests

Weather Emergencies

• In weather related emergencies we will secure outside furniture at rental sites
• Inspect for damage after a weather emergency and report findings to the owner
